Sheldon gas co could you please get it together? It starts with whoever’s answering the phone and the questions that can’t be answered. We are definitely not starting out the new year right
We had no problems with Sheldon gas company until today. When I set up my account I made sure it was set to "WILL CALL" for service. Since this isn't our main home we rarely need service and guess what happened today... Suddenly my account is changed to their scheduled delivery and they delivered propane when I NEVER REQUESTED nor do I need it. I pay Sheldon Gas thousands every winter to heat my home. I don’t joke, thousands. I’ve currently been waiting (for the second time now) a week, at 4%, for a fill. I called at 10%. I can’t run my heaters, and I have kids sick with the flu. We’ve called two days in a row, and get different answers from different people, and a run around. For PREPAID propane.
