This office is incompetent, clearly don’t understand the meaning of statute of limitations.
Sheldon worked hard on my case and did what was possible to bring in evidence that the courts would allow. But it wasn't enough to get me custody. The courts established their decision before we could even present our case because I was already settled in iowa for 4 yrs. Mr Bernstein should have informed the courts me living somewhere else is not a determination factor in establishing custody. And that's exactly what happened in my trial.
