Owner/person on the phone is rude. Asked for an alignment and if they had availability, they said come on. I show up, all the lifts are full. So I leave to another shop down the road with availability. This guy has the nerve to call me back and try to explain that these things take time. I understand that, that's why I called and asked if you had an open bay. I told you I was coming, I'm not saying to turn away money but you also got a understand time=money. "As a woman, I left feeling deceived, disrespected, and taken advantage of. then blindsided me with a much higher bill full of unexplained charges. When I tried to get answers, I was met with condescension instead of honesty. No one should be treated this way — especially by a business you’re supposed to trust. I will never return, and I hope other people think twice before walking through their doors." The guy in charge was very nice and did not try to force me to get additional services. He made recommendations and there was no pressure. The alignment he did was done very well and swiftly.
