Absolutely amazing customer service! They helped me get my new unit and had issues getting in my unit the Maintance guy had no trouble getting there fast!
3.5 stars Since having the unit they have flattened and redone the drive with more gravel and filled the massive holes. The slide part of the locker for the lock is sometimes hard to move and the door doesn't go up or pull down easy.
Storage facility was very clean and will maintained perfect for what I was needing it for
