Friendly staff and for the amount of people that utilize the facility daily it is rather clean. You can purchase a membership or do a daily pass for a small fee. The facility has an indoor walking track, fitness center, gymnasium, racquetball room, an indoor pool that is heated and open year round along with an outdoor pool that is equipped with a waterslide that is open seasonally. Facilities are top notch, myself and the family spent all day in the pools. They even had a time slot where they shut the outdoor pool down so the little kids had a chance to ride the water slide with a lifeguard, my boys have been smiling about it all day!
Inside pool smells like urine. Too many unsupervised children in pool. Disrespectful teenagers and teenage life guards who are rude and do nothing. Not pleasant. The gym is nice and air conditioned. The ladies who run the front desk are nice. We finally made it to a water aerobics class and was told the instructor was gone for a week! What are we paying a membership fee for? You're not providing the quality amenities you claim to.
