they have had zero problem cutting off power to customers that have been struggling because of the virus. even when they have been paying as much as possible. they dont care they are a monopoly on the town and they know it. you have no choice and no one to complain to but them.

The crew came on Friday and repaired our security light and were here early this morning to remove the trees around the power line and pole. Absolutely the best crew ever! They removed the trees and cleaned the area so well there isn't even a twig left behind. They are a very friendly and personable crew that work well together to get the job done. I would give them 100 ⭐'s!
I have never had a problem with Shelbyville Power unlike other places like Duck River Electric and Bell Buckle Utilities. Shelbyville Power is always friendly, efficient and easy to deal with which makes life that much easier.
Best operated utility service in the country.....all you have to do is call.....they are always courteous and helpful.....always willing to help solve any problem day or night....a great crew of hard working people!!!!
