Arthur cleaned the furnace and gave an explanation of how it lowers energy use. Additionally, he focused on coil and blower cleaning. After discovering mold in one duct, Arthur treated it. He described how future mold growth could be avoided with a UV light installation. After his efforts, the air felt much better.
