The shawarma wrap is good, very tasty. Waiting 15 minutes after ordering is unexpected - most shawarma places make the food as you order. The fact that I was asked whether I wanted a large side or a regular side and then received neither was a disappointment. Also, I don't understand why all of the "p"s have been changed to "b"s. Some sort of inside joke?
One of my friends actually warned me not to order from here because they had a bad experience, including stomach issues. I thought maybe it was just a rare case or a one-time issue, so I decided to try it myself and ordered through Uber Eats. Big mistake. The food was awful—completely disappointing and not worth the money at all. I trusted that it would be better, but it turned out to be one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. Today my family and I went to Shelbys for a takeout order. The young men working there were polite and professional and despite our large order, they had it ready within a small amount of time. Also they were very polite to the lady that was harassing them about when her order would be ready the whole time they were making ours. Kudos to anyone who works in the service industry.
