used to like Shelby’s…. now I’m just disappointed. Find them to be super stingy with the toppings. I got a regular chicken shawarma bowl half rice half garlic potato. There wasn’t one piece of lettuce or any vegetables. The garlic potato’s weren’t even garlic. They were like plain hashbrown style potato’s. sorry won’t be coming back
Update: The worst shelby’s ever!!! So shameful. You have disappointed again, why would you ask to send an email and then choose not to reply, its so absurd, the worst Shelby’s ever Ordered through Uber, food was dry and the quantity was half of what I used to get when I ordered in person..
Very disappointing experience at Shelby Restaurant. The food quality did not match the price—meals came out cold and lacked flavor. The portions were small compared to what’s advertised, and the presentation looked rushed. Service was also poor. We waited far too long to be seated and then even longer for our food, despite the restaurant not being very busy. The staff seemed inattentive and not welcoming at all.
