still served us despite being 5 minutes from closing. super sweet and professional staff. customer service was amazing particularly after an awful experience at wendy’s. food was really yummy too! but the service was great and very kind.
Nowhere to sit, and I had the boutine. It was disgusting. I thought it would taste something like poutine with a twist, but it was revolting. I would honestly rather not eat anything than ever order it again. I was so disappointed because I saw this place all over TikTok, and that was my first experience trying it.
Barely any meat
I have ordered from this place before, and I have purchased the fries boutine. For whatever reason, the night crew is either super stringy with the garlic sauce or they're running out. Either way, it was the driest meal I have ever gotten and extremely disappointing. Look at that pictures, barely any garlic sauce. Now google "Shelbys Boutine", go to their website, and look at that good drizzle of sauce.
