I’m extremely disappointed with this business. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. The technician showed up without any previous coordination with anyone in my house in the morning when I was in a hurry to drive to work. I’m not sure. But, he may purposefully came without coordination on that time so that while in hurry I won’t have enough time to think about their service. Then, I feel like he used his pressure sales tactics on me to make me sign a paper and start their service. He didn’t tell me anything ... read more
