This location in engages in fraud. They have paying machines that prompt you to tap your card for a second time, claiming that the payment has not went through the first time. I check my bank account and turns out they doubled charged me for the same order. There is no way to contact them whatsoever. Their phone line disconnects as soon as you call and they are not taking an action to fix it. I go in not once but twice to ask for my refund, they say the manager will look into and he did not. Wrap was done 10 minutes before they served it to us. We had to go up and ask where it was . Took 25 minutes for them to give us 1 shawarma. They were all just sitting on the counters doing nothing
Slow service, employees just let food sit instead of actually calling the number that we were assigned. I had to go up to them and tell them to give me my order. Got my food cold while in the restaurant. Also would be good to mention that cheese sticks as an add on go inside the wrap not on the side
Just a regular shawarma ordered. Surprised they charged extra for extra onions. Seriously? The first shawarma restaurant in Ottawa that I've ever gone to that charges extra for toppings. Not impressed.
