Had a really good experience here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared — you can tell they actually care about quality. The portions were generous, prices were fair, and the service was friendly and attentive without being pushy. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, perfect for a casual meal or even a small get-together. Overall, a solid spot that I’d definitely recommend and visit again.
I have been watching Shelby's for a long time now. Since 2022. I have always been wanting to try Shelby's but the only problem is that I live in Australia. I have relatives in Ottawa. I will tell them to try!!! and my friend DONT FORGET ZA BEBSI!!!!!!
I had Shelby’s in Toronto and my expectations were not met here. My legendary size shawarma was poorly portioned. It was puny! It also took 10 minutes. I know that might not be the end of the world but you are up against ottawa shawarma shops who crank out world famous ottawa shawarma sandwiches in front of your eyes, busting at the seams.
