Service was very good and food was amazing highly recommend
As soon as I walked in, some unknown stench crawled into my nostrils, however that wasn’t even the worst part. I paid $16+ for a cold, soggy sandwich and was told i’d be waiting 4-5 minutes but ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for. Definitely not coming back.
I tried both the crispy shawarma options the shawarmas themselves were very good taste wise both solid options but in no way were they crispy which was disappointing. they were advertised to come with the pomegranate garlic sauce which I did not receive and the worker tried to just walk away without saying anything. I mentioned it to her and she said they were out but it was no where near closing time. Which is more understandable if it was. This is the best shawarma I had so far in Ottawa. Come hungry. The platters are massive and wraps are soo big . The service was fast and smooth. The bread they make for wrap is so different and good . Overall must visit.
Edit: This turned from a 5 start experience previously to a one star at best. MOST RECENT: Service quality, food taste, and fulfillment speed just gone downhill. I placed an order over 40 minutes ago for pickup, I come to the store and they haven’t even started it. Making me wait another 10-15 minutes to get my order.
