Stay far away from Shelby, Jones PA-C. She is not a compassionate provider. She came in room with no introduction. She never once made eye contact. Hid behind a mask and gloves. She was fearful of patient and rude. After seeking help for an on going problem she suggested no advice only to come back if it continues. The reason I was there was due to 6 months of it not getting better. Stay far away from this one.
I didn’t leave feeling like my daughter’s issue was fully investigated or resolved. She has had a limp for about a week that doesn’t seem to be resolving. We went to the ER the night before and were told that something appeared dislocated and to follow up with ortho. We did and were told by this provider that the ER likely read the results wrong, but my daughter didn’t appear to be in any pain when they moved her legs in different directions.
