I am still in shock and awe. I had a negative experience with my 2 cats at a different veterinary facility a couple years ago. They insisted I drug my cats if we ever went back. This one, however, recommended we come in and just see how they do. And thanks to the patience and understanding of the staff, they both did wonderfully. They let my cats exit their kennels on their own, kept them in a private room with me present as they treated them, and handled them professionally. Absolutely Best Vet Visit I had, I forgot his name Im bad with Names but the Doctor was Absolutely Helpful and Nice. From the front desk to the Vet Techs to the Doctor this Facility was Absolutely Perfecr and made me feel like our Companion was safe and in Good Hands. Looking forward to bringing all my Animals here and This will be our go to Vet Moving Forward.
The receptionist in the front is very rude and always seems to have an attitude. The doctor Mark, was very respectful!
