Wonderful service. We were frantic because our dog Jimmy who's now an elder became sick and wouldn't eat or drink. We were not established there but I called and the afternoon was blocked but Laura ( very kind) was able Jimmy in with Dr. Brandi Huddle. She was very attentive, answered all of my questions and then did a full exam with ultrasound, labs, an injection and his toenails. I drive from Omaha to see this vet and I can’t recommend them enough. Worth the drive. Compassionate, kind, caring, and empathetic staff. They will treat your animals like they’re their own. I trust them and they are very supportive.
I was pheasant hunting with my 8 year old GSP, and he had a siesure. Not being from the area looked online and found the Shelby Vet Clinic. Was able to get Willie right in to be seen. Dr. Mike took good care of Willie and got him back on his feet. Dr. Mike gave updates and communicated very well while taking care of Willie. They were also very reasonable for an emergency vet clinic. Highly recommend this vet clinic!
I took my mom to get her cat's shots and nails trimmed. Whenever the cat needs to go to the vet, my mom gets so upset and anxious because the cat cries the entire way. Ty and his assistant were so kind and compassionate and did such a great job, which eased my mom and calmed her. The receptionist was also so sweet and made this experience so much easier. Thank you all for your kindness. Would highly recommend this vet clinic!!
