We had to let go of our cat and this clinic was amazing from the initial call where i was crying and trying to give them contact info. And when we showed up to the appointment (20 minutes early) they led me straight to a room and made tissues available. Great bedside manner, explained everything gently, I took the remains home and they placed her in my cat carrier for me so that I didn't have to touch her.
