They told me twice they would come out and look at my broken sewage pipe but they never showed up.
They were rude and left trash in my yard when they were done for me to clean up - plastic bottles and plastic bags.
So happy with this company. We discovered water in my basement on Sunday. We could see a pipe coming from outside was the source. I called Shelby Underground because they did some work for a neighbor who was very satisfied.. I called Sunday early afternoon, received a call back shortly after from Justin. He was finishing a job and said he could stop by on his way home. Justin was prompt, knowledgeable, and affordable. He showed up Monday morning , he had arranged for DPW and Miss digg to be there.
