After looking at several assisted living facilities in the La Crosse WI area, my dad picked Shelby Terrace to be his new home. It is very clean there and the residents who live at Shelby Terrace had all told my dad during our tour "This is a good place to live, you would really like living here". Dad has been there for a month and a half now and truly loves it. He has made several friends and enjoys the outings that they have each week. They also have bingo and card playing every week. I honestly cannot say enough good about this assisted living. My dad is happy here and has made great improvement thanks to the amazing staff. Apartment style living allows privacy. The other residents are wonderful. The facility is clean and pleasantly decorated. And the icing on the cake is that it is very reasonably priced.
