I would not go to her!! She is terrible!! I have been wanting to switch doctors but have been dealing with alot of family issues. I had to cancel an appt 8 months ago due to my dad having a stroke that morning. Today I had to cancel my appointment due to my Aunt I was caring for at home on hospice passed. I was waiting for the funeral home to get there so I had to cancel my appointment, so she dropped me and will not send refills for my 3 blood pressure meds. I would stay far away from her.
Dr.Reitzel I thought was a great Dr. very caring, looking out for my best health. She made me like I could trust her. I was upset by a decision she made about a surgery. I needed some time to calm down before seeing her. I declined a appointment she wanted me to schedule for now. Next thing I knew she discharged me for patient/physician disconnect. She's compassionate and caring. She knew what was wrong with my health right off the bat. I had gone to SEVERAL doctors before her and they were all guessing at what my illness was. She gets 5 stars from me!
