Highly recommend this gym. The staff is very friendly, machines are always available to workout in. Various dumbbell weights even. And with 24/7 access, it is hardly ever crowded and can hop on and off machines with ease!

I am NEVER coming back here!! I bought a day pass because I wanted to give this gym a try before fully committing to here, on account it is a 15 minute drive from my home. However, I am extremely unhappy with the results of my visit. The front desk lady, extremely rude and snobby. I believe Gia or Gianna was her name. After attending a few different gyms, I am happy I can call this one home. The owners and trainers alike offer great accountability, support and direction. Earlier this year, when I first started this gym, I was using an app to help me work out. Shelby Symmetry has been an absolute game changer in my health and fitness. Kevin will work with your abilities. I have some rotator cuff isssues from years on the golf course. He knows how to work around those limitations. Pushes me every session and best of all corrects my technique when I am not getting the max out of the exercise.
