They are super lazy, and all their new employees are really rude, expect one; out of 5. Ordered debit cards because of card fraud and they lie and say they ordered your card, when they didn’t. Then they gaslight you when you ask where is it ived called and asked for two weeks and they won’t admit “oh sorry the girl must have wrote it down and never put it in” be accountable you WORK AT A BANK.
James Stovall was ridiculously unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can.
Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like garbage. Sharon treated me awful last week Tuesday when I couldn’t hear her when going through the drive through to deposit cash. I was treated like I was dumb when i told her I couldn’t hear her. The nicest person at this branch is Hannah, she actually kind and compassionate. Don’t waste your time or $ by giving your money to this bank
Went to go use their ATM when I took my card out it sucked my money back in and they won't give it back so they'll rob you watch yourself when you go to Shelby State Bank because they're no good and they'll make you go to your bank to get the money that you were supposed to get from their banks ATM so they give you the runaround but they completely you don't go there
