Been going here for 10 years. Dr Vance has been great especially during hard times. However limited availability has got me to change. Front office are super nice but they never answer the phone especially in the afternoon. So if you need to cancel an appointment you’ll have to leave voicemail and call repeatedly. Edited my review because after 10 years of being a patient all I got was a rude tone & she forwarded my message to the front desk.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my therapist, Amy Ray, at this practice. She is a star. No, wait! 5 out of 5 stars! I'm not exaggerating when I say she helped change my life. I came here in April of 2023 seeking help after the loss of my father and my twin brother within the span of 2-3 months in 2019. I had attempted to self medicate using alcohol which wasn't really helping. I was having trouble with my emotions and in general was trying to work through a lot of grief.
