If I could rate 0 stars - I would! Absolutely worst experience ever and I wish I would’ve read and taken the negative reviews more seriously. I was recommended this provider/office by an on-base clinician serving our military community. Scheduling (I thought) went beautifully, I filled out all the forms prior to the appointment and I even received 3 appointment reminders, even though they were all in the same day, for my scheduled time at 11:00 am. I am so happy with Shelby and the whole office with meeting my healthcare needs. So attentive and really listens! I have been so happily surprised at how quickly I am responded to everytime I reach out. Highly recommend!!
