I am sure the doctors at Houston Methodist are wonderful. However, my PCP, Dr Shelby Payne, was an exquisite and excellent doctor to me. Dr Payne took time with me, answered my questions and really cared about my health, my wellbeing and how I felt. She listened. I will always be grateful for Dr Payne and the care she provided. Thank you Dr Payne. You hold a special place in my heart.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience with Dr. Shelby Payne was completely unacceptable. My father waited over an hour and a half past his scheduled appointment time before being seen. He was there for abdominal pain. During the visit, he was made to drink something for a test, yet no one explained what the test was, why it was being done, or what they were looking for. Shelby Payne office is very good. She and Methodist is the best there is!
Dr. Payne is great doctor and very knowledgable. She's compassionate and listens to what you have to say. She cares about your wellness. I Highly recommended her.
