I had two appointments with Shelby. I had gone to her for a cleaning which never took place, wasted time and money each time. She always complained about not getting my Xrays but when I asked if she checked her email she said she didn't have time to check emails. Extremely unprofessional.

Personally having so many negative experiences with other dental care providers, the care and education received from Shelby has been transformative. Solutions to challenges I'm facing are very accessible with the lifestyle changes and resources Shelby provided.
Shelby is an absolute joy to see, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about health. Dental hygiene is part of it, but as she explains, there is so much more that affects various parts of the body; she's aware of so much more than an average dentist and therefore can more effectively advise and treat. In just 1 visit, following her suggestions my gums have never been healthier, and my immune system has also been much stronger from her suggestions on adding essential minerals to my reverse osmosis water. I schedule my first appointment for a new client consult and cleaning. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment she just gave me a consult and said she couldn’t clean my teeth today and I would have to reschedule. I had taken work off and driven 30 minutes to see her. She also suggested I start a vitamin D supplement which I started and to later find out the dose she gave me was way too high.
