Shelby Knight was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. She gave me time to ask questions and assured me she would take good care of me. I don’t know if she was behind or if I was not called back as scheduled but my wait was about an hour.
My experiences have mostly been positive at this office, including my appointment with Shelby Knight. Reception employees seem to be a bit bipolar, although mostly helpful.

The nurse, Shelby Knight, was able to fit me into the schedule on short notice. I appreciated that she took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough in addressing the issues. She explained all very well and ran any tests that might be beneficial to correct diagnosis.
