Dr. Kern was very friendly when my daughter was able to be seen, but anytime I would call with any urgent matter, she wouldn’t be able to see my daughter until weeks or months out. This does not help a 6 year old with an ear infection or respiratory infection. The receptionist recommends we go to an urge-care every time we need same day care.
