Dr Kenner is an amazing asset for Lutheran Health. She is very understand, and provides outstanding care. I appreciate the patient scheduling and the fact that you are called back very close to the appointment time.
Dr Shelby Kenner is wonderful and my issue is never with her. She is great and i highly recommend her as a family physician. However my issue lies with the scheduling department. My husband called, speaks to a guy and he is told our son is not in the system at all and has never been a patient. Which is not true at all. I call to figure out what is going on and a girl found him, rushed me and kept asking if that was all i needed today. It has been this way for the last several months. My husband and i find it very unsettling ... read more
