Having lived here for nearly 13 years and served on the board for eight of those years, I feel those reading these reviews should know: The lower reviews are from non owners so unsure how they can really know what it is like to live here. One very low review is from an owner who frequently complained and moved away several years ago. As with any home we must plan and save to replace the roof. I love it here!
