I purchased a home from then Hacienda Builders of the same exact location of now Shelby Homes. I do believe that Shelby is ******** stepdaughter. I had to put my own cricket on the roof, had to put a whole new chimney cap, the shiplap fireplace is out of code, the time around the whole house is horrible, the electricity still flickers, unpainted doors, I have doors with gaps in them, the paint is ****, the A/C was poorly placed, fence has already been replaced on one side and needs to be on the other, I have had to reinstate... read more

Worst builder *** ever dealt with. When we purchased our home, we have had to have every single contract workers come back out. The dishwasher was broken the first day we moved in. The master toilet had a huge crack in the back and leaked within hours of moving in, our broken window didnt get replaced for weeks. We had an amendment page 2 pages long at closing and we are still (6 weeks later) having electrical issues where are lights are continually flashing. They're the worst!!! Do not use this company they have changed the name of the company so many times because of the horrible work and being sued. They do horrible work they built our house and had no idea how high to build the foundation and how thick the foundation should be so our whole property floods when it rains the water comes all the way up to the house. The Crown molding throughout our home was pieced together midwall and mid door frame though out our home.
