Called to get a roof and windows estimate and their number is disconnected...I guess they are out of business or don't want to help customers get an estimate.
I spoke with them in the morning and by noon Pat was onsite and my Pella screen door was reinstalled. He was very pleasant and I will certainly use them again.
Shelby Home Improvement has performed several home improvement projects for us over the years, including purchase and installation of windows, siding, overhang installation, and kitchen remodel. They do high quality, professional work at a fair price. We hope to never have to use another contractor.
I would highly recommend NOT using this company!!! I have a few windows that need to be sealed and this company was recommended for Pella windows. I had to call them several times to even get Pat to call me back and schedule an appointment. When we actually did get the appointment scheduled I waited several hours for him to come and he never showed up nor called. VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF MY TIME. This company doesn't even deserve one star!
