The fence they installed is exactly how they said it would be.
The neighborhood I live in uses Shelby Fence a lot so I gave them a call to quote me on a privacy screen for my hot tub. I called them and spoke with a receptionist who then scheduled someone to come out a week later. When he came out, I explained what I wanted. He said it was different than anything he had quoted so he said he would get with his boss. A few days went by and I texted to ask if he had any pricing. Called and sent an email with no response from company.
Couldn’t be happier with the privacy fence we had installed back in March of this year. Everything was done in a timely manner from coming out to give us a quote to the installation. The guys doing the work came in and got the job done and did it right. We had a wonderful experience with Shelby Fencing all the way around. They are an honest and reliable company.
