Great people Love my new fence
Technician came to house after a dead tree fell on fence. Gave a reasonable estimate. Said the work would be done this week. Shook on the agreement. Returned home tonight after a long day. Saw bill for greed price online. Got flashlight walked fence line. Perfect work and everything cleaned up. Now a big fan of the Shelby Fence Co team!!!B
11 out of 10 stars. Every single person I worked with at Shelby was great. Carol in the office went far above and beyond to help me with my HOA. There were many obstacles to navigate around my HOA and Carol very professionally steered that ship through out the journey. From start to finish, I would give A++ reviews. The fence they installed is exactly how they said it would be.
The neighborhood I live in uses Shelby Fence a lot so I gave them a call to quote me on a privacy screen for my hot tub. I called them and spoke with a receptionist who then scheduled someone to come out a week later. When he came out, I explained what I wanted. He said it was different than anything he had quoted so he said he would get with his boss. A few days went by and I texted to ask if he had any pricing.
