Overall a good company. Linemen are great! Billing...... mehhhh! Why on earth do you have a system that has the due date different every month. Those of us who work and actually have a busy life-have reminders on our calendars for what would normally be the due date and then BAM - you found out you missed the due date because it was 3 days earlier than what it normally is,,,,,, Pathetic and a crooked way to obtain all the late fees you can. Very disappointing.
