Very Unprofessional I’m Calling Back To Back & Still Getting No Answer
The office workers are so rude and unprofessional. I’ve called several times to set an appointment and get no answer. I spoke with this lady on 3 different occasions and said that no one is answering the phone for the appointment line and she got smart with me and said that the lady that does appointments is sitting at her desk. My problem is why can’t you tell her to answer the phone or take my name/number for her to call me back!! I hung up the phone and called back still no answer
