The building is super clean and the staff if extremely nice. They have a lot of kid friendly things in the waiting room to keep your little one busy.
Quick and easy swap out of full sharps container for an empty. The receptionist, Karen, was very friendly and helpful.
Scheduled a covid test. Show up to the testing site no one here the number they give you is over the whole state and they don't have a way to get ahold of this location according to them. If I could give negative stars I would.
They don’t answer their phone and they don’t answer their door if I could give them negative stars I would this place isn’t a good place at all
Pay for documents couldn't even get them all now I have to make another trip which I'm sure I will get charged again just so I can get what I needind you I live in another county guess who has to pay for another round trip
