The 3 ladies who helped me were super sweet and made the process easy! Got my birth certificate in less than like 20 min!
For anyone trying to pay for food permits, know it is not their closing time of 5pm. I haven't found it on the website but it's an arbitrary 3:30 pm cutoff to accept payments.
Wonderful customer service, helpful and extremely friendly.
