I went to get a new birth certificate (certified) and it was a simple process. Fill out a form, turn it in, pay $15 & wait on them to hand it to you. Same day! 30-45 min wait... Walk in, pay & receive the birth certificate right then! No mailing it. Walk out with birth certificate in hand!
Horrible place, nurses don't apply correct health protocols
Horrible attention, the first nurse who attended me did not know how to take blood tests and hurt my arm, then they left me naked waiting 45 minutes for the other nurse to arrive and while I was dying of cold I got bored of waiting and left, the nurse saw that I was waiting and did not say or do anything! Horrible attention they have no humanity
