It’s hard to get ahold of anyone. I’ve been on hold everytime I call or it hangs up. I need an appointment for wic!!!!

I had been on hold for 22 minutes. I finally get someone on the phone and she asks how may I help you. I say I would like to apply for WIC, because I am pregnant. She says one second and places me back on hold. I was sent back to the main menu and forced to reselect the option to speak to a representative. Currently on hold again with no end in sight. So basically they are choosing to not talk to anyone. How can you do this to people? This is not right. You work there. You have to talk to people and help them. I will stay on... read more
