Took my 2 year old nephew in for being sick, they wouldn’t test him for strep or anything just said it was a cold, very rude about it. Turns out he has strep!!

They didn’t help us when my friend had Covid good thing he’s ok and this old lady told us we had to buy there mask And take our own mask off that hospital just wanted some money. And now just recent at 1-7-24 someone I know, Wanted to check their Health Because his arm got numb And he was feeling weak They said they couldn’t do nothing about it. What a hospital🤦

We brought my daughter here with extreme stomach and flank pain. We thought it was her appendix. They diagnosed her with gas and sent us home. Later that day she was in excruciating pain so we rushed her to Shreveport, turns out her gallbladder had ruptured with gangrene. They did an emergency surgery to remove it. Gas they said, it’s just gas. Had I listened to the medical staff at this emergency room my child could have died. We spent 4 days at WKS and she’s in perfect health today no thanks to you all. I had the worst/best experience of my life today. I got burned with crawfish size pot of boiling water. So I showed up almost naked. (Hurt to put clothes on). The staff there not ONLY swiftly took care of my pain but they were so understanding and compassionate. I wanted to hug my nurse when I left. She probably has NO idea of how much she made my experience bare able.
