Shelby County Emergency Services and Diagnostic Imaging Center is good! From check-in to discharge, the team was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. I was quite impressed by the prompt emergency care and the comforting environment.

The nurses were phenomenal, Dr N, not so much. He was very dismissive, and acted like he couldn’t wait to leave. Went in because I was dehydrated and had been throwing up for 4 hours, and all he gives is a zofran, a shot and sent me on my way. In the 5 hours we were there, he came in the room twice. He could not care any less about anything I said. I probably could’ve puked on him and he would’ve still been dismissive towards me. Had to have a catheter inserted and the nurse was so rough and shoved that thing in I peed blood for almost two weeks and got a kidney infection that landed me back in the hospital for two days! The nurses also taunted me with fake lip suckers blowing kisses at me through the window while I was having a bi polar 1 episode which is like a mental breakdown! They had no bed side manner and were extremely rude and cocky and I would not recommend them to anyone!
