Excellent workout facilities. At least once a week, I make a run up to Shelby County Athletic Center to get my workout. Whether it be a run around the track, a game of basketball, or a swim in their pool, they have everything to meet my needs. The membership fees are nothing compared to what the YMCA wants for a yearly membership, and the people there are great.
