I picked up my vehicle today after having a couple items repaired. Jay and the staff went above and beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend Shelby Automotive for your car repairs. They are a class act!
My Subaru needed a wheel bearing...very badly. Apparently, the bearing melded itself to the half shaft and was not letting go. Jay scrambled, used all of his resources, and found the correct part and had it ready in time for a trip to NASCAR with my son. I was VERY grateful for the great communication, problem solving and getting the job done correctly in my time frame. Awesome work! Ill be coming back!
This place is awesome, and Jay and his staff are so down to earth it's great. If you need anything done this is the place to go, cuz if they can't do it they'll send you in the right direction, but I personally haven't found that thing yet. If you're looking for honesty, good prices and great service this is the place to go, they definitely treat everyone like family... Thanks again Jay.

Everyone needs a "car" guy....I thought I had one until he couldn't get a part for my truck. I was put in touch with Jay through a neighbor, and can honestly say I now have a "car" guy! If I need to drop my car off for a big problem, Jay always gets it done real quick and it's good to go. Great service.
When I arrived for the first time, I had no idea how much it would cost to replace my damaged bumper. Karim and Jay were very friendly and took the time to explain the repair process and cost. They were efficient, affordably priced and provided me with a loaner to get to my office. I enjoyed their service so much that I decided to have them install weatherTech mats for my car too. Their garage is clean and the waiting area is comfortable.
