My mom was in rehabilitation for the whole month of August. I was usually down there six days a week, during this time I observed her nurses aid/tech named Samantha give her excellent care. My mom would give her a difficult time when it came to bathing, and Samantha knew that if she asked for additional help, well, really encouragement from a family member that she was able to get the job done. I had a good stay at Shelby great therapy sessions, I am thankful for Toni, Chiquita and Andrew, they were all caring, compassionate went above and beyond with customers service.

Therapy team was great. Jen was awesome the whole time. Connie, Katie and Savanna were really professional and a lot of help. Kailynn and Shalay were the 2 CN that stood out but had great care throughout. Whole staff was very accommodating. Thanks Tim O’Hara

I had a good stay here at Shelby, the staff are wonderful, caring, and showed compassion. I will definitely recommend the facility to my friends and family in the community, shout out to Victoria (nurse) Peggy, Charlotte, Lauren, Dawn, Miranda, Celina, Elaine ,Andrew, Victoria (aide) Darius, Terry, Marybell, there are a few more I can't remember but I am thankful for everyone.

I has a good stay at Shelby, I was on the 900 hall all the staff over there are wonderful. I had really good physical therapy with Connie and Jen they are very entertaining.
