I was on the 900 hall with Robbie, Jackie and Trinity they always made sure I was okay, wonderful thearpy with Connie, Maryanne, and Lauren. Anyone in need of rehab I will definitely refer them to Shelby.
My stay at Shelby has been wonderful everyone has been so nice,helpful, and patient with me I made a few friends. Its just been wonderful.
My stay here at Shelby was awesome, nurses was phenomenal great therapy caring people. I will advise anyone to come to Shelby.
Wonderful staff Christina Nurses aid was awesome and my Physical therapist Jackie and all the other therapists and staff.
My aunt was here for two weeks in June 2025. We were very disappointed with the care given by the nurses and aides. There were a few who were kind and compassionate, but mostly they were unprofessional. They acted irritated when we'd ask questions or ask for help. Also, my aunt was 88 and they moved her harshly and abruptly. It was a stressful two weeks. Her health declined and I took her back to the hospital, then hospice. She passed away in hospice.
