I live in Arkansas and had an issue with my A/C. Struggling for answers I started watching YouTube. I ran across the magic man Steve Shelburne diagnosing the systems exactly of my unit! I waited til the next day and called I left a VM and later that day Steve called me back. He walked me through troubleshooting my a/c over the phone and then pointed me in the direction of saving me money by ordering directly from his source. In full disclosure I have had them as sponsors on my YouTube channel (The Gimpy Camper) a few times but I’ve also paid full price for their services many times. Mr. Shelburne was great to deal with. I was planning on bringing my RV from Florida to his shop for a basement AC repair. He called me personally and we talked through my issues. Long story short, he gave me the confidence that I could do the removal and replacement myself (his suggestion) which certainly cost his shop money that would have been made on the labor. Our RV was brought in for a diagnostic only! They charged over $800 for this! They were very rude and unprofessional! I would never recommend this company for anything or anyone. I never leave bad reviews for a small business but this is unacceptable.
