I contacted Shelburne RV after watching a YouTube by Steve Shelburne on our Dometic RM1350 propane electric Refrigerator. I was able to stay overnight in one of their full hookup sites. Steve had ordered a new heating cooling unit and installed and tested it. I stayed overnight in Order to make sure the refrigerator was cooling correctly. Friendly, accommodating, great work, and a fair price.
If you want your basement air fixed right Shelburne Rv is an excellent choice. The owner Steve introduced himself as we checked in and he personally monitored the progress of our repair. My basement AC on my 08 Winnebago Tour needed a new compressor. I knew this because I tested both compressors for current drawn and one only drew about 2 amps instead of 8 to 10. This is the best RV service center in the country. We drove into from Oklahoma because of Steve Shelburn the owner. Fixed our basement A/C on our River Ranch RV. Steve and his staff did a great job. Definitely worth the drive and can see myself making the journey again with other issues that will arise in the future. Thank you Steve, and Mr. Lewis and the rest of the staff. Great people!
