I had a great experience at Shelburne Primary EyeCare. Dr Gillis-Kennedy was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole visit smooth and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

My son got glasses and they fit and work
While the staff is friendly, I can’t help but feel ripped off that I was referred to go here by the Shelburne Centre for Health to best take care of a bad eye infection, yet I ended up having to pay $300 for an eye exam to get glasses when that’s NOT what I needed, nor requested. Definitely not what I was expecting as money is tight for everyone. Truly was an empty trip. My eye infection ended up being assessed for free in Orangeville by Dr Seto.
