I have been a member of Shelburne Athletic Club since it first opened. It is clean, well equipped and well run. If a piece of equipment is not working, a sign usually goes up saying that repairs are in progress. The staff is consistently very pleasant and helpful. The club has the trainers and the equipment that I have needed to regain fitness after orthopedic surgery and to stay fit thereafter. Great fitness center with really skillful trainers and coaches. Saying hello to Bogey, the Athletic Club's mascot, makes the experience all the better upon arrival and departure. Thanks to the team for keeping the club in great shape!
Great sauna experience!!!
If you are from out of town looking for a publicly accesible sauna, bathhouse, banya, or gym in the Burlington area, this is your spot! The very affordable $30 guest pass gives you access to a coed sauna, cold plunge, steam room, and weights gym. Everything is new, clean, and orderly. Towels, robes, soap, shampoo, moisturizer, etc..even mouthwash are included in the locker room. Rayne was a very friendly manager and you can tell the staff really takes pride in this establishment!
When I came in to set up my membership, staff were helpful and friendly. They have a range of membership options to suit different needs, and were able to quickly sign me up for the the plan that fits my budget and schedule. The facilities are great: clean and everything I need for a well-rounded work out. Plus, there is a cool variety of classes available which I look forward to trying. We're lucky to have this resource in our little town!
