Three years ago I gave this place a five star rating. I have since deleted it. On Sept. 13th we had a medical emergency with our cat Axl. He dropped to the floor, became paralyzed in the back end and was crying out in pain. It was close to opening time so we were able to get him to SFVH immediately. Upon our arrival we had to wait as he was crying out in pain. We stayed calm and waited until Dr. Broady finished up with a client. We should have been taken right in. Everyone heard our cat crying.
