The drs especially dr soor. Likes to gaslight and withhold important information from his patients. He doesnt like being held accountable when called out for his behavors. Do yourself a favor stop playing his games and find yourself a new dr.
The one star I am giving is because I actually like my doctor it is the office staff that is the worst!! They desperately need someone to train them on customer service. I have been a patient here for several years and it’s always the same issues. The communication is greatly lacking or maybe there are some prejudices there. I would not recommend and I am currently looking for a different doctor.
Doctors are great. Receptionists…. Absolutely terrible. Every time. Rude, unprofessional, careless. It’s ridiculous and I’m fed up. If you hate your job, don’t take it out on sick patients.
