Hey everyone. Been a patient here for 12 years now. I love the doctors and nurses that work here… Dr Summabat is always helpful. Julie and Val are always fun. Ashley is nice & always tries her best to get you in when you have an emergency and need to see someone. Thanks guys! -Mark
This morning I had an appointment with the Resident Doctor, Dr. Smith. I was so pleased with the attention I received from this doctor. He took the time to answer all my questions and he made suggestions as to what I might do to help me. There was no rushing me out the door or dismissing my symptoms . I hope when he is finished his residency that he might return to the Shelburne area but if not, whomever has the privilege of having this fine doctor in their clinic , he will certainly be an asset. .
Front office staff are rude and judgmental. They throw away prescription refill requests for patients they dont like.
Good evening, spoke this morning to a lovely receptionist named Ashley, she complimented me on being very patient and having a pleasant tone on the phone, this also reminded me that I only talk to a receptionist once in awhile, they are constantly on the phone trying to help book appointments and all the other logistics they deal with. Please have the courtesy to thank them, it goes a long way to make them feel important and appreciated.
