Beautiful boat launch south east of the shipyard,lots of parking. Take caution pontoon owners to lower your bimini at the railroad underpass when approaching the boat launch

The place is gorgeous. Looks like a great launch. Well kept and clean. We walked the rock formation nearby. There were two sketchy guys hanging out on the rocks. One disappeared when we arrived. Later, we found out that he was trying to unscrew parts of our bike rack from our vehicle; bikes were locked onto vehicle. Our bike rack almost came apart because of the loosening of the rails’ screws. Just be aware of your unattended gear.
