BEWARE—STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED HELP! This law firm is nothing but a money grab. I hired Shequel, yet I never even received proper representation. She had no idea what was happening in my case, and it’s clear that if your case isn’t high-profile, it isn’t a priority. Her assistant even admitted, “It’s like if you hire a mechanic and he’s too busy, he’s just going to hand you off to another mechanic.” Later, Shequel called me for what I assume was a consultation, informing me that her fee had increased to $4,000. lol this “law firm” is seriously a joke. I paid over 10k to still be convicted of a felony and then lose my job. They are desperately money hungry and it’s sad , especially when you’re black trying to help black people and this is exactly why people don’t . They screw you over and only care about themselves. I got handed over to the dude named fortune and he was HORRIBLE, took everything as a joke and isn’t professional at all. Wouldn’t recommend for several reasons including but not limited to the lies , poor communication, switching up what she would previously say every time you speak to her, and playing clueless about overall case when she knew from start the bases of case to begin with. Let’s not talk about how she will bad mouth her own client. If you can’t afford the entire fee upfront please prepare to get the run around and please dont be able to not make the weekly payment on time you have a high late fee and case delays.
