Our cold room evaporator fan broke down (not the compressor like I initially thought, yay, haha). Called at 6am on a Saturday morning, they (Acro Refrigeration Service) answered straightaway and sent a tech out to us within an hour. Fixed the issue and our cold room was back down to the right temp within half an hour. Thank you Liam for your lovely and quick service, we'll know to call you if anything comes up - hopefully it doesn't :)
Professional, turns up when they say, very polite, good explanations
We first engaged the services of Shelair in 2013 to supply and install a Ducted Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning system in our home. We have continued to engage their services on a regular basis since in the form of Annual Maintenance Checks and other services as required.
