The worst company ever Technicians are not capable enough It took them 1 hour to open the ac unit They overcharge you and the quote was not even what exactly you want very amateur JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Stay away from them. Was stuffed around with getting a tech out. Had to chase them down numerously for a quote. Still haven’t got a quote but have been slugged $347 for less than 2 hour assessment only to get an invoice with a diagnosis that we already knew. Questions left unanswered. Unfortunately was recommended by a friend and feeling like we’ve been totally ripped off. Now on yet another hunt for a quote for a new system. Waste of time and money. Really unhappy.
Just had an experience with a Shelair driver in a company ute, cutting me off on DBay Rd, not good seeing I'm a 20t truck. Hope your air con work is better than your drivers, totally unsafe and very unprofessional.
