She was late to our appointment which is why I went down a star. However, once she got going it was wonderful. I have never had someone take so much time and care on my feet; cleaning my toes and making sure all of the dead skin was removed. She is exceptionally thorough.
I called last minute and Darlene not only made time for me - she performed a miracle on my nails.

I went in for a simple eyebrow wax and left with uneven brows, bruising, and a layer of skin removed. The technician used cold wax, which was surprising, and somehow still managed to pull off skin—something that has never happened to me before. It’s painful, looks awful, and now I have to wait for both the bruising and my skin to heal.
