Lied and said I didn’t confirm my appointment after she spoke with me minutes prior asking me to arrive late….once I arrived she had someone in her chair and stated that she couldn’t do my hair even though I had booked well in advance….then a different braider opted to do my hair and messed it up and increased the price because of the length of my hair(mind you my hair is literally not past my shoulders)???? Do NOT COME HERE! One of the ladies referred Marietou to so my passion twist and I only had them in for a MONTH and she took out spots of my edges out and when I sent a pic and asked how she could accommodate she laughed and said she would give me no money back ! I’m filing a report on her and the whole shop ! If you all can’t braid or do twist without pulling folks hair out when we take it down then the business needs to shut down !
