My vehicle went in needing a bumper a control arms bal joint and windshield wiper fluid tank. He took almost 30 days. I paid over 6 k. I go to fill my wiper fluid. He never replaced it. They ziptied the bottom part of the bumper. Now I’m wondering if he took parts off my car . What I paid 6k for and now I still need to have someone else take the bumper off to replace windshield wiper fluid thing and he ziptied it so now the next person may have issues
